(d) The number of cases added to the register which have
been brought to his knowledge other than by
notification;
(e) The number of cases removed from the register,
giving the name and address of each case, and
the reason for removal;
(f) The number of cases remaining on the register at the
end of the Quarter.
Previously most of these particulars were required under the Public Health Tuberculosis Regulations, 1924, and subjoined are the number on the register at the end of each quarter since the formation of the District:—
