(c) Hygiene Inspection in Schools
The Nursing Staff carried out 18,702 inspections during the year.
The arrangements for carrying out cleanliness inspections were previously reported
in 1959. In 1960 only 28 cases of infestation were found giving an incidence of 0.15%
of all examinations. This was a further decrease as compared with previous years. The
incidence over the last five years is as follows:
