No applications were received in respect of dwelling houses which
have not been the subject of a notice of repairs increase of rent under
the 1954 Act, or in respect of which permitted increases of rent are
recoverable under Section II (i) (c) and (d) of the Increase of Rent
and Mortgage Interest (Restrictions) Act, 1920.
(iii) Food and Drugs Act, 1955—(Inspection and Supervision of
Food Premises).

The following inspections were carried out at the undermentioned food premises in accordance with the requirements of the Public Health Act, 1936, Food and Drugs Act, 1955 and Food Hygiene Regulations, 1955, Ice Cream (Heat Treatment Reg.), 1947/52, Shops Act, 1950, Factories Act, 1937, Leyton Corporation Act, 1950, Essex County Council Act, 1952, and relevant legislation.
