Aural Clinic.
It is now three years since the local Hospital Management Committee
assumed responsibility for the provision of Consultants for the specialist
branches of the School Health Service. Unfortunately the work of the
special Aural Clinic has suffered from the fact that in the short period of
two years there have been at least six changes in Consultant. Such frequent
changes disturb the continuity of specialist supervision and treatment, and
are unsatisfactory from the point of view of both specialist and patient.
