Legal Proceedings. (Public Health Act, 1936.)
Action taken under the provisions of the Public Health Act,
1936, has resulted in 1,433 houses being brought up to a reasonable
standard of fitness. Legal proceedings were found necessary in
19 instances, and the following is the result of such actions:—
