Cases of squint requiring operation are now referred to Dr.
M. Klein, Ophthalmic Surgeon, Whipps Cross Hospital, who has
kindly consented to operate on all cases referred to him from the
Leyton Clinic.
A report on every case requiring operation is sent to Dr Klein,
who then sees the patient and carries out the operation in 14 to
28 days. Hitherto cases were referred to various London Hospitals,
and the waiting period for operation varied from 18 months to
two years.
I am indebted to Dr. Klein for his co-operation and help in
operating on these cases with the minimum of delay.
