Ever since we centralised our Speech Therapy Clinic, that is,
ceased having separate Clinics in three schools centred round the
Borough, and have concentrated the work at the High Road Baths,
we have been faced with the difficulty of the children attending
regularly when mothers are unable to make the journey, or are just
neglectful about it.
