It was found necessary to issue three notices defining " infected
places " in connection with Fowl Pest outbreaks during the year.
Six similar notices were issued by officers of the Ministry of Agriculture
and Fisheries.
The number of samples taken for analysis under the provisions of this Act from 1st January to the 31st December was 179.
