CHILD GUIDANCE.
As long ago as 1937 arrangements were made for the reference
to special Child Guidance Clinics of children showing anti-social
behaviour problems; and during the year under review six school
children were referred to such special clinics for investigation and
report.
In the early years of school medical inspection it was realised
that many school children presented behaviour problems. Some
of these anti-social tendencies could be attributed to hereditary
