Special Eye Clinic.
The Council's Ophthalmic Surgeon had referred by the Clinic
Medical Officers 112 pre - school children, who made 147 attendances
for examination and treatment.

Convalescent Home Treatment.
Children.
Five children recommended by the Clinic Medical Officers
were sent to Convalescent Homes by the Maternity and Child
Welfare Authority through the agency of the Invalid Children's
Aid Association.
Nursing Mothers.
Arrangements were made for 8 mothers and their babies
to have periods of convalescence following confinement.
