Close co-operation exists between your Health Department and
your Education Office, and I have to acknowledge the cordial
co-operation and valuable help rendered by your Director of
Education (Wm. Staton, M.A., B.Sc.) in all matters pertaining to
the health and welfare of children attending public elementary
schools in the Borough.

This heading relates solely to the routine medical inspection of
the three ordinary age groups, i.e., to medical inspection carried

Regulations relating to Special Services—Grant Regulations
No. 19.
