Dispensary.—a tuberculosis dispensary is provided by the
Essex County Council at 180, High Road, Leyton. Six sessions
per week are held, viz.:—
Monday (2—4 p.m.), Children only.
„ (6—8 p.m.), Adults (working).
Tuesday (10—12 a.m.), Women.
Thursday (10—12 a.m.), Adults.
,, (2—4 p.m.), Men.
Friday (2—4 p.m.), Contacts.
During the year close co-operation has existed between the
Tuberculosis Officer appointed by the Essex County Council (Dr.
T. L. Ormerod) and the Medical Officer of Health.

Institutional Treatment.

During 1936 the following number of Leyton patients were sent to sanatoria or other institutions for the treatment of Tuberculosis —
