TO THE CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS
OF THE
LEYTON EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have the honour to present to you the 14th Annual Report
of the School Medical Service in Leyton under the Education
(Administrative Provisions) Act of 1907.
In the interests of economy the Report is brief and is therefore
largely in tabular form.
As the result of your acquiescence in my recommendation to
engage Dr. Kennedy for three sessions per week, in addition to
Dr. McEwan Martin's whole time services, I have been enabled to
complete the examination of the groups "Entrants," "Intermediates,"
"Leavers," and "Specials," as required by the
Board of Education.
I desire to acknowledge Dr. Martin's valuable help in compiling
this report, and to thank her and the rest of the staff for
their industry during the year.
I also take this opportunity of thanking members and
officials for their invariable courtesy and help.
I am,
Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen,
Your obedient Servant,
J. FRANCIS TAYLOR.
