HOUSING.
45 houses erected under the Council's Scheme, all of Type B,
are now in occupation.
The need for an additional sanitary inspector, alluded to in
last year's report, received further consideration, and Mr. E. J.
Steeden, Certificate R.S.I., was appointed. He commenced duty
on November 1st.

STATEMENT, required by Article V. of the Housing ( Inspection of District) Regulations, 1910, in regard to the inspection of dwelling-houses under Section 17 (1) of the Housing, Town Planning, &c., Act, 1909.
