TUBERCULOSIS.
109 deaths occurred from all forms of Tuberculosis, 84 being
notified cases, which represents a death-rate of '85 per 1,000 of
the population. The deaths from Pulmonary Tuberculosis were
95 and the rate .74.
Notifications of 171 cases of Pulmonary Tuberculosis and 40 of other forms of Tuberculosis were received during the year.

These cases were attended to by the tuberculosis officer or
his staff and verbal and written instructions given as to the
