MENTALLY DEFECTIVE, BLIND AND DEAF CHILDREN.
Two 'blind children are maintained at the East London Home
and School for Blind Children at Clapton, and one at Elm Court
Residential School, West Norwood.
One mentally defective child is in Hopwell Hall, Derbyshire,
two in Littleton House School, Cambridge, four girls and two
