SLAUGHTERHOUSES AND BUTCHERS' SHOPS.
The Slaughterhouses are visited several times every week,
and at any time when it is known that slaughtering is being
carried on. We find that generally they are kept in a satisfactory
condition. The Butchers' Shops are also periodically visited.
