The following are the details as to infant Vaccination in the District for the past five years :—

ENTERIC FEVER.
28 cases were notified, with 5 deaths.
Our death-rate from Enteric Fever was therefore .04.
The death-rate from this disease for England and Wales was
.07 ; for the 77 Great Towns, .06; and for London, .03.
Careful enquiries as to the origin of the disease were made
in every case, but in the majority of instances it was found impossible
to assign it to any particular cause.
