to more than two families. I require that each family shall have
a cooking stove, with oven, &c., and a sink and separate water
tap.
Separate w.c.'s are not insisted on, as the one w.c. is
situated outside, and insisting on two w.c.'s would mean putting one
inside the house, which, in my opinion, in these small houses, is
better avoided.
