It is with great satisfaction I notice that in spite of the great
opposition made about three years ago to erecting a Permanent
Hospital in the vicinity of the present one, parents have not been
unwilling to allow their children to be removed there. In fact, the
past year has been a record one for admissions, and the record
would have been a much greater one had we been able to accommodate
all who applied for admission. The number treated in the
Scarlet Fever Hospital exceeded that of 1904 by no fewer than 61,
