INSPECTION AND EXAMINATION OF FOOD AND PLACES WHERE
FOOD IS PREPARED.
Slaughter Houses.—Inspector Haydock reports in respect of the inspection
of meat and other foods that the premises visited which were licensed comprised 8
private slaughterhouses and 1 slaughterhouse for the slaughter of horses for export,
and 1 knacker's yard. The visits numbered 504.
During the year 1 slaughterhouse licence was refused by the Council.
