Inf. 1014	Liqueur Bottles (assorted chocolates).	Contained insufficient alcohol to justify description " Liqueur chocolates."	Matter considered by Council. No offence committed under Food and Drugs Act 1955 or Labelling of Food Order.
F.977	Macaroni and grated cheese Dinner.	Wrapper stated to contain the complete ingredients for macaroni and cheese grated but directions stated margarine and milk to be added. Therefore the statement "complete ingredients" is incorrect.	After consideration by the Council, matter brought to manufacturer's notice Assurance given that label has been reworded and instructions given for calling in old type packets.
Inf. 1034	Pop Corn	Contained insufficient calcium to justify the claim " provides more calcium than many other foods."	Formal follow-up sample taken.
F.972	Pop Corn	Contained insufficient calcium to justify the claim " provides more calcium than many other foods."	After detailed consideration by Council it was decided that legal proceedings should not be instituted, the manufacturer having already ceased to produce these goods and the retailer withdrawing remainder of stock from sale.
Inf. 1076	Nerve Tonic.	8% deficient in protein.	Formal follow-up sample taken.
F.996	Nerve Tonic.	8% deficient in protein.	Brought to manufacturer's notice and suggested to them that label should be amended so as to either give true protein content or to give the actual casein content withour reference to protein.
