2 tins submitted to Pathologist
for examination. No organisms
of the Salmonella or Shigella
groups isolated.
As was stated in my last Annual
Report this matter was referred
to the Essex Executive Committee.
I have since been informed
that the Committee
considered the case fully and
the chemist was warned to ensure
that in future more care is
to be taken in dispensing in
conformity with the National
Health Service.
