RAINFALL DURING THE YEAR.
I am indebted to Mr. D. E. Hart, the Surveyor, for the subjoined information on rainfall as recorded at the three recording stations which were used during the year.

During the years 1935 and 1934 the total amount of rainfall at the
Eastern Outfall Works was 21.64 inches and 16.58 inches and rain fell on
159 days and 133 days respectively.
