Wallpapers have been stripped and walls and ceilings thoroughly cleansed
and tenants have been instructed as to careful cleansing.
Disinfestation is carried out by the Housing Outdoor staff in houses
owned by the Council and in private houses by the occupier or in empty
houses by the landlord the work being supervised by the Sanitary Inspector.
