(a) Medical.
The Medical Officer of Health holds a combined appointment
under three Local Authorities, being the Medical Officer of
Health for the Hornchurch Urban District Council, the Romford
Urban District Council, and the Romford Rural District Council,
also Deputy Medical Superintendent of the Romford Isolation
Hospital.
