Whenever unsatisfactory sample results are received a thorough
investigation is made, and repeat samples are taken until a

Six new registrations were made during the year, and one was
transferred to a new occupier.
HAWKERS
Hawkers of food in the Borough are required to "be registered
with the Council under Section 11 of the Middlesex County Council
Act, 1950.
Storage premises must comply with the provisions of the Food
Hygiene (General) Regulations, 1960 before they are registered.
At the close of the year there were 41 hawkers on the register,
being registered for the sale of-
