Para-Typhoid Fever.
The case of Para-Typhoid Fever was a boy aged 14 years.
He was one of a party of school children who visited
Switzerland, Owing to the difficulties of a general strike
in France the return journey was prolonged and apparently
undertaken under extreme difficulties. On arrival home the
boy was stated to have been ill and was removed to hospital.
Para-Typhoid Fever was diagnosed some three to four days
later.
It would appear that the disease was contracted abroad
