MEAT : 6,232 lbs. 15 oz. (including Beef, Bacon, Chickens, Offal,
Salted Beef, Mutton, Lamb, Pork, Liver, Kidney, Rabbits,
Sausages, Turkeys and Veal) ; 1½ sets Calves Feet, and 245 lbs.
