Diphtheria.
For the second consecutive year no case of Diphtheria was
notified within the Borough.
This is particularly gratifying and proves the value of
immunisation. The steady decline in the number of notifications
received since the inception of the Diphtheria Immunisation
Scheme is shown in the following table:—
