No case of this disease was notified during the year
For the purpose of comparison it will be of interest to note
that in my first Annual Report as your Medical Officer of
Health in the year 1930 there were 192 cases of Diphtheria
notified with 7 deaths. The steady decline which has taken
place is shown on Table IV.
