In conclusion 1 should like to thank the members of the Council,
especially the Chairman and members of the Public Health Committee for
their continued interest and help in all matters affecting the public health.
I desire also to place on record my appreciation of my staff who have
carried through the growing volume of work efficiently and successfully. I
should like also to extend my thanks to the voluntary workers without whose
help it would be difficult to adequately deal with the numbers now attending
the centres.
I have the honour to be,
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Your obedient servant,
A. FAIRCRIEVE ADAMSON,
Medical Officer of Health.
