SUMMONSES.
A Summons was applied for in respect of non-compliance with a notice
served under the Bye-laws with regard to "Houses-let-in-lodgings." The
owner, however, executed the necessary works before the date of hearing, and
the Summons was withdrawn.
A Summons was applied for in respect of failure to supply information
required by a notice served under Section 42 of the Housing Act, 1930 : the
offender was convicted and fined £5 and ordered to pay £2 2s. Od. costs.
