NUTRITION.

There was an increased demand for free or assisted milk supply for necessitous mothers and infants under 5 years of age, the total amount distributed and the cost being as follows:—

ORTHOPÆDIC TREATMENT.
The Council's Orthopaedic Scheme which is mainly concerned with
children of school age is also available for children in the younger age groups
and during the year 151 children under 5 years of age attended and made 584
attendances, particulars of which are set out in the school portion of this
report.
