SANITARY AND COUNCIL STAFFS.
As in past years the Sanitary Staff has throughout the
year carried out their duties in a conscientious and thorough
manner. Your Chief Inspector, Mr. S. J. Chapman, has
been ever ready at all times to further my wishes, and
zealous in the performance of his duties.
The Staff at the Isolation Hospital have worked well,
frequently under difficulties in the present temporary
hospital. They have assisted my efforts very considerably in
connection with the hospital work.
In conclusion, I beg to be allowed to thank the Chairman
and Members of the Council and Public Health Committee
for the support they have accorded me at all times, which
has so materially contributed to the efficient working of the
Department.
I have the honour to be,
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Your obedient servant,
F. W. ANDREW,
Medical Officer of Health and
Medical Superintendent of the
Isolation Hospital.
