Overcrowding.
At the end of the year only 14 dwellings were known to be
overcrowded. This figure represents 0.07% of the total dwellings
in the district showing that statutory overcrowding has now
ceased to be a problem.
The legal standard for overcrowding is however a very low
one and generally held to be out-of-date and In need of revision.
