The results from samples of ice cream brought in from other
districts were however, much less satisfactory.
The grading of all samples taken was as follows:

The Inspection of Meat and Other Foods.
The three licensed slaughterhouses in use are proving more
than adequate for the needs of the district. Details of the animals
