INSPECTION AND SUPERVISION OF FOOD
(a) Milk Supply
There is one producer in the district licensed by the
County Council under the Milk (Special Designations) Order
for the production of accredited milk.

Two milk dealers were licensed during the year to pasteurise milk. The table below gives particulars of the other nineteen licences granted during the year:—

made.
There are now twenty-six persons registered in accordance
with the Food and Drugs Act, 1938, as under:—

There is no Ministry of Food slaughterhouse in the
district.
