PREVALENCE OF, AND CONTROL OVER, INFECTIOUS
DISEASES
Scabies.—By arrangement with the Hayes Cottage Hospital,
four clinics weekly have been held for treatment of scabies and
infestation with lice.
Scabies cases were treated by Benzyl Benzoate and disinfestation
from lice was effected by the use of Lethane Oil, in both
cases very successfully. 904 attendances were recorded during the
year.
