Milk Bottles.—The practice of putting out milk bottles on
the footpath the night before the milkman collects them is a
bad one, as it frequently leads to these bottles becoming fouled
by dogs. All bottles are of course sterilised before use, but
this practice is, nevertheless, undesirable.
