To the Hayes Urban District Council.
Mr. Chairman and Gentlemen,
I beg to submit my Third Annual Report, which is somewhat curtailed
compared with that of former years. It is compiled in accordance with the
instructions of the Ministry of Health, and contains a record of the work of the
Public Health Department.
