OFFICES, SHOPS & RAILWAY PREMISES ACT 1963
This Act prescribes minimum standards for safety, health
and welfare in commercial and other non industrial workplaces
Premises registered under the Act are inspected by the
Shops and Offices Inspectors or, in the case of Food Premises,
by the District Public Health Inspectors
