[Report of the Medical Officer of Health for Havering]

Committee approval has now been obtained to
proceed with the construction of a biological
plant to treat trade waste. It is estimated that
the capital cost involved will be approximately
£M1.5 and it is hoped that construction will
commence in the summer of 1973."
