found to require no treatment in the Centre.
The figures given above include persons who attended the
Centre but who reside in adjacent areas. Subtracting these
non-Havering residents, and adding Havering residents included
on returns received from other treatment centres in London, the
net figures in respect of this Borough are as follows:—

service for school children.
Although the year began with the staffing situation reasonably
