Regulation 16 deals with the provision of wash-hand basins
and Regulation 19 with facilities for washing food and equipment.
64 notices were served under these Regulations during the
year. It speaks well for the co-operation of the majority of
shopkeepers that in only one instance was recourse to formal
action necessary.
