In conclusion, I would like to thank the Chairman and
members of the Health and Welfare Committee for their
encouragement and support throughout a somewhat difficult
year, and also to express gratitude to my staff for their wholehearted
co-operation during the year, and their support in
maintaining high standards of service. I also wish to acknowledge
the help given by my fellow Chief Officers.
