(a) Blind. The Table 20 shows the number of registered blind persons
in the Borough as at 31st December, 1965.

25 new registrations as shown in Table 21.

40 names were removed from the register; 34 through death
and 6 having moved out of the borough.
Employment
Blind persons in employment totalled 31 (see Table 22), consisting
of 2 in special workshops, 3 Home Workers, 26 in open
employment.
Residential Accommodation
The following Table No. 23 gives details of blind persons in
residential accommodation as at 31st December, 1965.
