District Public Health Inspection
It is the duty of the Local Authority to cause the district to be inspected from time to time in order to detect
matters requiring to be dealt with as specified in the Public Health Acts.
The district Public Health Inspectors cover a very wide range of subjects to achieve this objective and the
changing patterns in the lives of the community are reflected in the work of the section.
