wholesale and retail distributors.
Meat Inspection
There was very little slaughtering in the borough in 1969as the rebuilt slaughterhouse was at only the
early stages of operation by the end of the year. The details given below relate to trial slaughtering
which was undertaken towards the end of 1969.
