Milk and Dairies Regulations
During the year applications were received for the registration of fourteen more persons as milk
distributors. No applications were received for additional dairies. Of the fourteen new registrations,
sixwere for new premises and the other eight were in respect of change of proprietorship of previously
registered premises

At 31.12.67 licences to use the following designations were valid for premises in the Borough:-
Pasteurised Milk 208
Sterilised Milk 208
Untreated Milk 27
Ultra Heat Treated Milk 45
Sale of Food for immediate consumption from Mobile Units
The supervision of traders operating from mobile units in the vicinity of the Tottenham Hotspur
Football ground continues to engage the attention of the Health Department, and inspections are made
by the public health inspectors on days when the team is playing at home. The difficulties in the past
